Adaptive Transformation for Mentors SPCAT is a huddle not only for the learner community, it is equally imminent for the educationists, We at SPCAT are joined together with AIAP to provide a mentorship program for Mentors in Colleges/Universities. The Adaptive techniques are here to stay, the transformation process is painful and slow, but the more fast we adopt it, the more all learner-educationist community can benefit from this. The Adaptive transformation module for mentors provide the unit lap for the educationists, The main objective of an Adaptive System is to adequate its relation with the user (content presentation, navigation, interface, etc.) according to a predefined but updatable model of the user that reflects his objectives, preferences, knowledge and competences . For Educational Adaptive Systems, the emphasis is placed on the student knowledge in the domain application and learning style, to allow him to reach the learning objectives proposed for his training . In Educational AHS, the User Model (UM), or Student Model, has increased relevance: when the student reaches the objectives of the course, the system must be able to readapt, for example, to his knowledge. The Adaptive approach is is divided in majorly Hypermedia systems, Student models, Learning styles, Platform development and Result Orientation.
