SPCAT Adaptive Transformation Program for Mentors The reach of education is always in radius of teaching mentors in our higher education institutions, and to equip the in profession professors and associate professors about the adaptive education methodologies is one of the prime goal of SPCAT, The SPCAT adaptive transformation program for mentors is a refresher itinerary intended to give an insight of techniques being researched and applied in various higher education institutes worldwide, in order to keep in pace with northwards growth in every strata of academics. Not only the SPCAT adaptive transformation program for mentors deals in IT, but it also approaches the basic teaching techniques used on paper and two way communication class room, The base procedural education departing in classroom, with and without IT enabled infrastructure is discussed and provided with a coordinated and balanced mode. The program is scheduled to run 3 sessions in 22 days , First session of a written test (1st saturday of month) is conducted for professors and associate professors of college, on the basis of the test results the candidates are ranked and provided with aids and gears to involve adaptive methodologies in their proposed modus operandi. Second step is a two way communication class(third saturday of month), where the techniques are discussed in a 5 hour session. Third step is a Laboratory class (fourth saturday of month) concluded with a 1 hour lecture and the certificates are awarded. The SPCAT ATPM is structured in colleges and universities, by a mutual and volunteer way, to attend the SPCAT ATPM, the professors and associate professors must be a member of AIAP (All India Association of Professors), there is no fee payable by any candidate, its a volunteer programme, Hence a panel of 4 professors are needed to co-ordinate and assist the SPCAT team for the process, from the college undergoing the ATPM.
