SPCAT Academic Advisory Council Like every organisation on the globe, SPCAT is formed under mentorship and guidance of some veterans who act as our lords and pillars to the organisation by providing their valuable research oriented guidance and blessings to the organisation and its activities. Since the nature of SPCAT is non-profit and volunteering, Our academic advisory council contains veterans of academic administration background with dozens of years of administrative experience of higher level educational institutes.
